November was a busy month again in the Infant classroom. We have been working hard on our phonics and blending sounds and we learned lots about measuring length in Maths.
We mixed primary colours to make secondary colours in Art and did lots of experiments for Science Week including Magic Milk, Dancing Raisins and the Gummy Bear experiment
December
Excitement was building all through December as we prepared for a very special event…..no not Santa’s visit, our Carol Service!! But before that we did lots of Maths games and a special Christmas Maths webinar
We had great fun playing in the frosty field and we learned about Kandinsky and created some circular Art before baking some salt dough Christmas tree decorations.
But the highlight of December was our big production in the church on the 18th December as our class performed the Nativity play ‘A Little Bird Told Me’ during the school Carol Service. We are expecting some Oscar nominations in the new year!!
